Experience and friendliness of the staff

The advisor who served me was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to what I was looking for and paid attention tot he fact I didn't have a large budget to spend. He showed me products within my price range and did not try and push more expensive products on me.

We appreciated the explanations regarding the many factors and options available, and the patient repitition required.

We ordered a number of items going to different places and different needs. The staff in the store handled this well and explained our options, were friendly and helpful and also ended up with other good value products in terms of pillows and linen. The coffee was also appreciated

We visited your store at Seafield Edinburgh and it was the sales person called David who made this a good experience. He did not pressurise us in to buying, he was very knowledgable about the product and very helpful.

Really good staff, very helpful and left us to it mostly. When we were ready to talk about what we liked the chaps gave really useful guidance on some of the mattresses getting warm and that if we liked a firm mattress there was another one we might like (that was a bit cheaper). Felt the staff were knowledgeable and not too pushy which was nice.

We had a friendly welcome from David who was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of useful information.we were offered a hot drink and then left to try out the mattresses without anyone standing over which was good.

John was very helpful understood my needs gave advice when I required it

We were served by Pedro who was very helpful and courteous throughout the sale. He was also very knowledgeable of the products.
