2 members of staff spoke with us and were very friendly and helpful and said to take as much time as possible to decide on our purchase. everything was clearly explained to us.

Gordon the salesman and the manager were very friendly and Gordon took his time to explain things to me. I was given ample time to try out the mattresses.

There was attentive,friendly and knowledgable staff

When I entered the premises I knew exactly what I wanted. "Godfrey" was the assistent. I explained to him and without any problem he explained everything and in no time at all I am now waiting for delivery 31st January. The date I chose. He was excellent explaining everything. Thank you.

David who dealt with me on my first visit and when I returned, could not have been more helpful and his knowledge was excellent. He did not try and push the sale me to make a decision on my first visit but steered me into considering options. He then closed the sale and was in fact the best sales person I have com e across in many years

Staff were very helpful (Godfrey very patient) and another colleague kept my 4 year old granddaughter entertained while my daughter and I were looking at mattresses for both of us

David, our sales person was very knowledgeable. He explained every type of bed and we had a good selection to choose from. He did not pressure us into a purchase. He recommended the type of pillow we may like and a mattress protector. All in all the experience was easy, quick and satisfactory. He gave us a quick delivery date which was also very good and on time.

I started my search for a new bed on the internet and came across your Edinburgh store by chance. The service was good because the salesman realised that I had a good idea of what I wanted so that we were able to clinch a mutually satisfactory deal in a short time. The whole process; choosing a bed frame, a mattress and organising a date for delivery and assembly went very smoothly.

The sales assistant was excellent. Spent plenty of time giving me advice about the various mattresses I tried. There was no pressure from him to buy a mattress, and I felt very thankful that at no time did he make me feel pressurised to buy a mattress, he just answered every question I asked.i was dreading going to buy mattress, as I thought I would get a salesman just fobbing me of in order to make a sale. Thankfully it was pleasant experience, and look forward to to the delivery of my new mattress. Thank you John.

A warm welcome and a lovely mug of coffee for my daughter Susan and I .Both salesmen where busy last Thursday .So Susan and I wandered around looking confused .David was so helpful as I was buying a bed for Susan when she moves into her new house with my 2 Granddaughters due to a split up. I went back into day to buy her the bed .David wasn't in but John and Pedro also were a great help .Bed bought .Now time to save up for one for me .My children always come 1rst .I am a happy Mum/Grandma with the help of your friendly staff will be back again Thanks Guys
