Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

Pedro was a very good salesman. He didn't do the typical annoying things that sometimes salesman can do that irritate customers. He let us look around, asked if we needed help, advised us, helped us with questions about our scratchy cats(!) offered us tea or coffee, let us really take our time. We were quite indecisive about the mattress yet he was patient and explained everything in a lovely personable considered way. He was on his own that evening and others arrived and he was under pressure as they began crowding round the desk as we were completing our finance (rude customers) yet he kept his calm and chatted to them in a really lovely way. We thought he was absolutely lovely and had a great manner.

Customer service was excellent. New exactly what I wanted and he was very pleasant and knew his product very well, will recommend dreams.

John was a fantastic advisor and really helped us make the right decisions with our purchase. He was friendly, engaging and added a real personal touch to our visit to Dreams. We have popped back in to store a couple of times since to look at bedding and John has been equally as helpful and friendly. We are also delighted to see that the friendliness and great service extends across all the store staff we've met. We have told family and friends of our experiences and highly recommend visiting the store. It's such a shame we have to wait a few years before we can visit again to buy a new mattress/bed...we may have to buy a bigger house just so we have an excuse to do so :)

We were served by David at the seafield store, he was very helpful knew exactly what he was talking about, didn't push us or anything just told us what we needed to know asked questions so he could help us! He was very honest also with our needs and budget which helps alot! Will definetly recommend and will return 😊

We got the mattress we were looking for and Godfrey made it all worth while. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and offered us refreshments . A very enjoyable experience

It took me over two hours to finally decide with mattress i wanted and the guys where fantastic.Special thanks to Godfrey for his patients!! Loved the coffee too.
