We were highly satisfied with the service and products but were not happy with charge for assembly and if we required our old bed to be taken away. You say free delivery but then charge £25 for assembly and £30 and £40 for taking old base and mattress away. After spending nearly £2,000 on a mattress and base I think this is ridiculous. Having checked on line a lot of other companies are free for these services.

The store manager David was very friendly, he listened to our needs, gave us time to ourselves to think and discuss. Because of his attention and understanding we decided to return to the store and place it order with David rather than the Straiton store where the service was far less personable

Cherrelle was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly amd helpful.

Cherelle was an outstanding consultant and was instrumental in finding the correct products. The sleep match machine was also very helpful.

Our second bed purchased from Dreams as the quality and service is second to none.

The assistance we received from Godfrey at your store was very very helpful, he helped us try every mattress he/we thought was suitable for our needs and was very knowledgeable. Also very friendly, and took your very thorough covid protection measures seriously which we appreciated.
