David was very helpful in advising us of the different matress types but was not pushy and gave us space and time to browse

The staff are great and they have got good customer service in addition to that they have excellent knowledge of the products they are marketing to the finger tips.

The salesperson was friendly and very helpful and when we specified what we were looking for he knew exactly the products which met our requirements. He gave us some options to consider and once we decided, the order, and delivery date was processed right away. It was a very straightforward process and we were happy with all aspects of the purchase. Thank you Dreams.

Very friendly and helpful staff

I ordered a bed for my son at Dreams on Seafield Rd, Edinburgh. I was greeted after a few minutes by Godfrey who was very knowledgable and friendly. We were even offered a cup of tea! I was shown the beds within my price range and everything was explained very clearly. I did not feel pressured into buying anything that day and after being quoted a very fair price for the bed my son wanted I called the next day and order it. I have not had the delivery yet but I hope it will go as smoothly as the sale.

Godfrey spent time showing me only the beds that fitted my needs which saved a lot of time ,he was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly .

We came in looking for a mattress but not too sure what to get. Pedro asked us questions then brought us to 3 mattresses that he thought we would like based on our description. We were very impressed with his knowledge of mattresses and ended up purchasing one of the 3 mattresses. We also ended up buying a bedroom set because of the 3 for 2 deal. Pedro was very helpful in helping us get the best deal by combining certain products.
