The sales person was very knowledgable of the products and spent some time explaining them to me. I tied several options before deciding which one I wanted.

The assistant, Pedro, was very knowledgeable. Although I had more or less decided which mattress to buy, based on a previous purchase, he outlined the benefits of various similar mattresses for my type of sleeper & also recommended a sprung pillow, something I had not heard of but which offers good support for a side sleeper. Pillows are always a problem so his suggestion was appreciated

The salesman Pedro was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy for a sale. We felt that there was a good range of products available to try and the information given was accurate and fitted our needs perfectly.

Our sales assistant Godfrey was exceptional. He was personable, cheerful and helpful without being too overbearing (everyone's worst fear of a salesperson!). This kind of customer service makes all the difference to me, especially when there are so many competing companies to choose from.
