The staff member Godfrey at the Leith store in Edinburgh was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We made a big effort to go back to him after needing to visit another store (just next to where we live) to see the product we were looking to buy. Something there was no need to do other than the staff had been fantastic

Pedro was very helpfull telling me the write bed for my grandson as it is his first bed, he was also very helpfull finding me the proper mattress. As I get very hot during the night he advised me on the proper one. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The customer service we received in store was exceptional. We visited 4 other competitors on the same day, knowing that we would definitely be making a purchase that day, and the service we received in store was highly rated above all other stores we visited. Godfrey took the time to understand what we were looking for, clearly explained the offers that were on in store that day and gave us the time and space to make a decision without any pushy customer service. He spent a long time with us to ensure we were happy with our decision. I even won an Easter egg in a hula hooping competition in store!

We were given all the advise we needed without feeling pressured.
