We were highly satisfied as we were welcomed in and asked right away if we required help and pointed to the appropriate purchases to suit our needs. We bought beds in this store 10 years ago and were pleased to return and purchase again.

We visited store162 on two occasions to confirm which mattress was best for us. Both Dave on our first visit and Godfrey on our second were very helpful letting us try the mattresses and pillows in our own time and giving us technical information on the products

Great help from the staff and in particular the knowledge of the staff on products, eventually we bought beds we had not went in with the mind set of purchasing. The beds we actually purchased were far better

We liked the colour coding of the mattress varieties which made it easy for us to try each type. Once we made our choice of matures type we could then select our choice from the sub varieties available- much easier and helpful than any other stores we have visited.
