Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

As first time bed buyers we were extremely happy with help we received from both Godfrey and John. Their knowledge was exceptional. They have asked what our needs were and assisted but also have given us time to decide and choose the right product for us. We felt relaxed and at ease once they talked us thought the products and process. Because if this we would recommend the store and their service but also come back. The store had a great range of products to choose from

We received a very friendly greeting from Godfrey, and he quickly showed us to the mattresses that we had looked at online. He spoke to us so that he could understand our needs fully, and gave sound advice so that we could find the best matteress for us. He even offered us a hot drink, and I really appreciated a cup of tea after cycling out to the store in the rain! Godfrey was VERY patient with us, as I couldn't decide between 4 different mattresses and kept trying them. He also advised us on which pillows would be best for us, and understood our budget constraints. He wasn't at all pushy and gave us time and space to decide. We enjoyed the banter with Godfrey and his boss John and left smiling, and feeling extremely satisfied with our purchases. We would definitely recommend this store to friends and family. Thanks!

We had excellent service from Godfrey at the Edinburgh Seafield store. He stayed open late to ensure we were served. Allowed us to try a specific mattress on a bed we liked. Did his best to offer lowest cost & also put through two orders for us to ensure things arrived at their soonest availability as well as excellent product advice.

I was really satisfied with my visit to Dreams as Godfery was really helpful while not being pushy. He asked all the right questions as far as I was aware to try and get the right item for us. He also gave us options for delivery that would best suit is and tried to make sure that we would be contactable for the call to advise the time slot for delivery and yes we would recommend and use Dreams again infact this was a return trip as we had a matress from yourselves last year.
