The sales person and the manager took time to explain all options. They were very patient with us trying around ten mattresses. Answered all questions, also called back with answered they did not have. Offered cold beverage on a hot day. We visited three times, before we made an ordered. Everytime the great experience was consistent.

We were met by Cherelle as soon as we entered and she was extremely helpful with the whole process which lead us to buying a bed , mattress and pillows. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into making decisions.

David was lovely and very helpful

We were highly impressed with the knowledge of the member of staff who served us. Godfrey Smith put us at ease, let us make our own decisions, there was no pressure and he clearly believed in the products he was selling. He was able to match us up with what we wanted, point us in the right direction but still have options.

David was extremely helpful. At first we were overwhelmed by the different types of mattresses. David very quickly put us at ease explaining the difference and took us to the sleep match machine.

I have recently had a very bad experience with another Ben shop, receiving 2 faulty mattresses! I had lost confidence in buying with them again! Coming to dreams the service was above expectation & what had been received elsewhere! They really took the time to make sure what I was getting was what suited me & reassured me

From the moment we walked into the store the attendant listened to what we required and assisted us every step of the way and also gave us time to reflect without harassing us.
