there was no hassle from a salesman when we went in after requesting if we needed any help and as soon as we were ready he came to our assistance

the assistant had a very high knowledge of the products, was given detailed choices in quality and value for money.

Nice friendly staff

The salesman was extremely helpful. He knew when to leave us and when to come and discuss with us. His product and offer knowledge was excellent.

Staff are extremely knowledgeble and very helpful. We have seen many bed shops and this is one of the cleanest. All beds are kept in clean condition and the shop is more welcoming.

The staff on both occasions of our visit were very knowledgeabe, helpful and friendly. No undue pressure was exerted to buy products but the overall professionalism was appreciated, hence our purchases. We are very happy with the quality of the products and will certainly return and buy more products in the future.

Great customer service from all the staff we encountered. Pedro and Godfrey moved mattresses until we got the right combination and then made sure we had the correct pillows and sheets. The Manager was on hand to make sure all was working well and offered tea and coffee. We had been to John Lewis and Bensons beds and although Bensons had a cheaper option we purchased from Dreams.

The sales person Godfrey was very helpful, he answered all my questions and as the purchase was for my mentally disabled son, he included him in all the decisions and made sure he was happy with his purchase. I was impressed.

The assistant who helped me took great care to listen to my issues re disability and helped me try a range of products. He didn't just agree with me, but advised based on what he saw as I tried mattresses. When discussing payment options, his colleague made me a lovely cup of tea, a very nice touch!
