Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

Went in wanting information to understand the different options - and came out with a bed, mattress and headboard!

Thomas's product knowledge was excellent and he was also quite objective, very helpful.

The staff were excellent particularly Godfrey and Thomas. So friendly and helpful!

John at the Seafield store was great - very helpful without being pushy and felt like he gave honest, authentic advice. Processed order very quickly and even my 9 year old daughter was impressed, commenting John was very nice and helpful - and it's not easy to impress my 9 year old!!

Prompt attendance by salesperson on both initial surveying visit and final purchase visit. All various options, differences in products and prices given efficiently, promptly and willingly.

Told staff member what I was looking for and immediately took me to the relevant area,s within the srore. At no time was I shown anything outside my budget. He gave me what o asked for. I will be buying another bed in a couple of month for my daughter.

Thomas welcomed us, helped us and answered or queries but gave us the time and space to discuss and make our minds up. At no time did we feel pressurised (which we have done in other places), this made the whole experince a better one. We could have purchased the bed online (from an online group) cheaper but the experince received from Dreams made us want to buy here.

I'd seen a couple of beds on the website and wanted to see them in person. Went into Dreams at Seafield and there were 2 staff members on, automatically they were really friendly, one came over, asked if I needed help but wasnt pushy AT ALL otherwise I would've left. I picked the bed frame I wanted then went to choose a mattress - both staff members were amazing and helped me find the most suitable for me at the best price, I was going to go for the more expensive but was advised on others that felt the same but for a much better price. Asked them to go ahead with the purchase, first available delivery date was 4 days later (amazing) - everything signed and out of the shop within 40 minutes. Brilliant service and choice in this shop.
