Your staff were very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information on the various beds we checked out. However, they did leave us at times just to try out the various selection of beds, and then later came back to answer questions we had. So we didn't feel pressurised which was good. Made us feel quite comfortable.

For a start I had no nowledge what I was looking for but your sale man mr Godfrey put me on the right tract and was very helpful so I made purchase

We visited the Seafield Dreams Store in Leith Edinburgh and were served by Godfrey. Despite being the only salesman in a busy store we felt welcomed and valued. He was juggling lots of customers but we were made to feel like we were the only ones in the store. We had walked away from a sale in John Lewis earlier in the day as the assistant there was unwelcoming, dismissive of the products and antagonistic. Godfrey was a welcome relief, he was knowledgeable about the products, understanding of our needs, professional and friendly form start to finish. (validation code 162)

every thing was explained to us no presser given plenty time to look around seen bed at reduced price chose it was given as long as we wanted to look around and veryhappy with the bed.

We had a couple of very specific needs, but coming from the Netherlands we found it hard to understand the British bedding market. Godfrey, our salesman, was able to explain everything to us so that we could make an informed decision. We will be back!

The sales agent (Pedro) was really helpful in the Edinburgh store. He didn't use any forceful sales tactics and explained to me the difference between products, taking the time to find out what I was looking for. He also allowed me time to properly look at and test out the beds/mattresses at my leisure. I was really grateful for the free mattress protector and the manager offered the assembly service at no charge to me. As this was my first home, this made the experience really great not having to worry about assembling a double bed by myself.

The staff were very helpful in the a Store. Thought the bed I was after looked very low so he got a deeper mattress over so I could see the difference. Also brought bedside tables down from upstairs so I could see the layout together.

The store was spacious and well organised. Additionally, your colleague Godfrey was very knowledgeable and approachable. His knowledge of your products is first class and he has a very good sense of humour, which helped as we spent a fair amount of time both choosing the bed and deciding which mattress was best for my wife, who has back problems. This is our second purchase from your company and on this occasion we didn't even bother to look elsewhere, partly due to our satisfaction with the products, but more importantly our confidence in Godfrey.

The sales person Pedro was extremely knowledgeable and advised on the right mattress for us, meeting all out requirements.

Perdo was a great help explaining types of mattresses and showing us special offers even thou we browsed for a long time he was very helpfull. And we are very happy with the prices we payed for the products
