We were highly satisfied because of the choice of products in the store and also the service given by the two store workers that we engaged with. Godfrey was very friendly and helpful in explaining the different kind of products on our first visit and Pedro was also very efficient in placing the order and explaining other items that we were entitled to when we returned to place our order.

I came in half an hour into the closing time and the staff didnt make me feel rushed at all. Walked through the products and prices.

My husband suffered a stroke last year. Godfrey was very understanding & patient. Took very good care of us.

John the manager was great. He remembered us from our 1st visit and knew exactly what we were after. He reconfirmed the matteress was still the one that suited us. Which it did. As Arnie says "We'll be back" for our other bedroom matteress very soon.

Godfrey made us feel welcome, knows his stuff and was a great help.

We went in looking for items we needed such as pillows and possibly a mattress. Godfrey approached us almost as soon as went in and asked what we were looking for. He then explained and guided us as to what the colour chart meant for the mattresses and the rating of the softness we were looking for. He was very friendly, approachable and made or visit a lot easier by allowing us to try the beds, the pillows and went out of his way to find the perfect setup for our bedroom needs.
