Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

I went in to the Edinburgh store approx 3-4 weeks ago and Pedro couldn't have been any more helpful. We weren't in a rush to buy and there was no hard sale. With the current discount on at the moment I went back yesterday to place my order. Pedro remembered me and the bed and mattress I was interested in. Very Impressive. In fact all the sales staff were very engaging.

Overall it was just a fantastic shopping experience - Exceptional, welcoming staff ... even got a cup of tea. Fantastic

The staff were very helpful, we were very well looked after on the two occasions that we visited the store by Godfrey. Godfrey made sure that we lay on the beds that we were interested in, also giving me a pillow to support my neck as i do at home. On our second visit we choose a mattress and a new pillow, I have started using my pillow and getting used to it. Godfrey also made sure that we understood our bill going over it slowly before we signed the papers.

Godfrey, my advisor, was amazing. He explained everything in detail, has excellent product knowledge and really cares about the customer's in-store experience and aftercare. He is an excellent salesman and a credit to your company.

Godfrey, the member of staff who helped us was excellent - a real pro. We had a time limit & knew roughly what we wanted - he managed to get us all the info we needed to make a decision with no flannel and in a lovely friendly manner.

JOHN, WHO HAPPENED TO BE THE MANAGER, WAS EXTREMELY COMPETENT AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

Gone in to store not sure exactly what type of bed I was looking for ( apart from needing 2 drawers) . John was really friendly and helpful and asked a few questions to understand what I was looking for/ what type of mattress I preferred and actively encouraged me to lie on beds and try each out.

The staff were so good that I would recommend to anyone who was looking to buy a new bed or mattress to head straight to dreams
