We went into Dreams on passing without planning our visit, having already looked at beds and mattresses in other stores. Based on my experience of other bed stores, expectations were not high, however I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value for money of the products on show. We were also served by a very helpful sales assistant who obviously knew his subject and took time to understand what we were looking for. As someone who generally avoids shopping whenever possible, I found our visit to Dreams a surprisingly painless experience.

Your colleague Godfrey at your Seafield Road store in Edinburgh spent a lot of time with my wife and I during our visit, and it was solely because of his helpful attitude and knowledge that my wife and I decided to buy a mattress we both liked from this store.
