An assistant spoke to me shortly after entering the store. I said what I was looking for and she pointed out my options. Very quick to order once I'd made a decision.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to look at our needs and different price options. They were helpful and understood our requirements. We went to 2 store and this was our experience in both, so it was great. Also the payment options, extras and the quality of the beds was excellent.

Very friendly and professional sales person, Godfrey, answered all my questions and showed great knowledge and understanding of your products. I will be recommending Dreams to my friends. Mattress I bought is really comfy, and only a 2 week wait for delivery, excellent service

The shop assistant was very helpful and took time to explain all the different mattress types too suit our needs.He also offered us a choice of drinks.

Jessica was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. She allowed us time, when we needed it, to explore the store and try the products and was always available and ready to offer sound advice on each and every product we asked about. We were even offered some complimentary pillows and chocolates into the bargain!

Kevin was v pleasant and helped us with our order without being pushy. We went to dreams as our son had made a purchase last year and highly recommended the store staff and the ease of purchase.
