Very well presented store with assistance available without being pushy. Were spoken to the moment we arrived but able to look around ourselves and given help the moment we were ready.

The help and knowledge of the salesman made the sale very easy and understanding .

The assistant took time to properly understand my needs, and ended up recommending a product which was significantly under my expected budget.

From the moment I entered the store the service was of the highest. I was listened to and then given advice. This was my 86th birthday, I was with my daughter and there was humour amongst the help.my mobility is not good and I suffer a fair amount of pain and this was given consideration. I could not be happier with the service to date. I thank the staff for this and look forward to having my new bed.

Godfrey was absolutely lovely. We saw the bedroom set we liked and he gave us lots of helpful information as well as catalogue with similar items to choose from. He also gave us all of the delivery and assembly information up front to help us make our decision. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and Dreams to friends.

Jess, our assistant was helpful but not pushy. She asked what we were shopping for, explained the layout of the store and invited us to look around - she said she was available to answer any questions and she'd catch up with us after we had browsed around - a very helpful attitude - there is nothing worse than an assistant following you around a store - desperate for a sale. Jess got it just right. When we were ready to test out beds, she was knowledgeable, and gave us various options after listening to our requirements - she provided pillows to try (which we eventually bought). All in all a great experience provided by Jess.

An assistant spoke to me shortly after entering the store. I said what I was looking for and she pointed out my options. Very quick to order once I'd made a decision.

Warm welcome to the store, offered a cuppa told to have a look and let him know if we had any questions, instead of the usual sales tactics of non stop talking and questions! Once we told him what we were looking for he showed us a few different frames that matched our preferences and then when we found a mattress we liked to go with our frame he even told us about one with the same specifications for a few hundred pounds less! Brilliant customer service with no pressure!
