Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

This is the 2nd purchase from the same place and the same member of staff Geoffrey at Seafield in Edinburgh. He is very knowledgable and immediately showed me products tailored to my requirements. He is very thorough and patient and gave me time alone to try each bed once we had covered all the specifications. No pressure to buy at all and a fabulous mattress at a great price .

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable. He spent a lot of time explaining the features of the products, but was never pushy. We felt relaxed and able to take as much time as we needed in making our decision about what products to buy.

The assistant (Godfrey) who helped me select my mattress was extremely helpful and his knowledge of the products was excellent. I explained what I was looking for and why and Godfrey showed me what was available. Excellent customer service!

Assistant was very friendly, attentive. But also gave us time to look around.

Sales advisor Jess was very informative of the layout of the store as we hadn’t been in Dreams before. She explained all options available very well so we could work out what products suited our personal needs.

Kevin was the assistant who helped us out to start with. He took his time to show us the different types on offer and spent time showing us the particular type of bed frame that we wanted. Kevin was later called on a personal matter and we were then helped by John I think that was his name ( he was the store manager). He was helpful and knowledgable when answering all our questions about matteress, advised us to try out as many as possible before we eventually decided on. When we went to place the order through the system this took a considerable about of time to process. Despite the time taken to process the order John sat and talked to us throughout. Really friendly and well mannered to chat to. We had to return a few days later to sign the paperwork, we were served by another member of staff who was very helpful and got us sorted out quickly and efficiently as possible.

Jess was patient, friendly and attentive, without being pushy or 'sales' focused. She listened to all my concerns and took on board my expectations. She took the time to really help me choose the bed that was right for me. She was incredibly knowledgable and answered all my questions and concerns. The store manager John was also friendly and helpful. The team in this shop really work well together as a team! I was offered coffee and snacks too. Which was a bonus, but not expected on my part. I did take a very long time to settle on which bed to get, and Jess never once made me feel like I was wasting her time. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bed. Besides the customer service, they had a wide selection of beds so I could really figure out what I wanted.

I was assisted by Godrey whom I found to be extremely helpful in not only informing us about our choices but making us feel welcome and giving us sufficient time to try out all the relevant mattresses we needed in order to make a decision. Overall I found the customer service impeccable and I would absolutely shop in Dreams again.

I've been in the Seafiled store a few times having bought our previous bed there and the service is always first class. The staff seem very knowlegable about their products and are very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our first bed frame and it was resolved no problem at all. Sent a guy round to see if it could be repaired properly, which it couldn't, so they ordered a new replacement straight away. That was after 5 yrs, i did take the extra warranty but it lasts for 8 yrs and is very good value IMO. My experience this time round has been similarly positive and nice to see the same faces there over a number of years, i think that says something positive about Dreams as a company! 10/10

The Sales Assistant Jess was very helpful and had a good knowledge on a couple of the bed frames that we queried. She was unsure of a couple of questions but she undertook to find out and returned promptly with an answer.
