Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

I purchase a mattress from my father who is 83 and in a wheelchair both my parents came to the store, the staff were fantastic helping us all with the choice and understanding my fathers needs. Superb experience thanks to all the staff at Seafield Edinburgh 10out of 10

The colleague who helped us was friendly, polite, well informed and also considerate to give us time and space to consider our options without pressure. She asked good questions about our requirements and helped us narrow down our options so we could focus on suitable products.

Your staff [Godfrey] were top drawer, nothing was a problem, all questions answered, his knowledge of the products was excellent. If I may say, all of your staff are a credit to your company, so polite and efficient. My wife and I will most certainly be back and also recommend to our friends to shop at Dreams. I would also like to say the delivery and building of the bed by Martin and Michael was excellent and very efficient. Dreams has been a very refreshing experience all round and treat customers like human beings and not just a pocket to empty.

I visited the Seafield Edinburgh store and was welcomed by your good man Godfrey. I am in sales myself and have to say he was excellent. Very knowledgeable and patient as I was being a little awkward trying to understand just what mattress suited me. Non pushy and very thorough A credit to your company without question Thank you Godfrey

What you see is what you get. No misleading advertisement and didn’t feel like I was being forced into anything or being harassed in the store.

Godfrey the assistant was very helpful offering information and help.. Could not do enough to help without being pushy. Very polite and friendly.
