Godfrey was very helpful, very knowledgeable about products he was selling and he wasn't pushy and gave us plenty time to look and try beds out with no preasure.

I didn't want to buy a flimsy bed for my daughter by mail order and we wanted to try out the mattresses so we knew what we were getting. Godfrey was really helpful and made the process as easy as possible. I also liked the quality of your beds.

I purchased 2 mattressses last year, one for me and one for my daughter. Both were great so now I’m replacing the guest bedroom mattress there was no doubt I’d use Dreams again. Overall a great experience and everything was easy and the staff......Kevin Campbell......really helpful. Cannot wait for my new mattress to arrive.

I was greeted warmly (not pushy) by staff and allowed to be quite clear in what I was looking for. I felt listened to and not pushed into anything I wasn't interested in. It was a wet and cold day and I mentioned a cup of tea in jest and was instantly offered one which I accepted. I was given my choice of pillow and directed to the mattresses meeting the requirements I had outlined when asked. A second assistant took over from here and was equally helpful and engaged. I was able to make my decision quite quickly and was given the information on the benefits of my choice and the deal on offer. I chose new pillows because the one I had used for the trial was so good and I opted for the insurance deal on the mattress. When making my purchase I felt fully informed about everything I was signing and the deal I was getting. Nice atmosphere in store - I used the bathroom facilities and these too were clean and in good order.

Great service from John our salesperson . Let us look around with no pressure to buy and was there when we needed information about certain products . Really friendly and we will definitely recommend shopping in this store .

We were left in peace to look at all the stock and when we had questions John was full of knowledge.

The manager John was working alone and was able to take timeout to acknowledge all the customers that were in the store. Answered all the questions we asked and was able to explain his experiences with some of the different mattresses.

Godfrey was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our entire experience, despite us walking into the store a half hour before closing on a Saturday. When I explained the type of bed we were looking for, he knew exactly which one would work for us and fit our needs. We wound up starting our order just after the closing time, but Godfrey guided us through the buying process for over an hour despite needing to go home to his family. He prioritised us and made us feel valued, which we really appreciated. I do hope your employees who go above and beyond like Godfrey are rewarded for their excellence.

We had very specific mattress requirements and your staff were highly knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations based on how we were giving feedback trying out different mattresses. We eventually found our perfect one. We were given 2 store pillows to use to try out the mattress so that we could get an authentic feel. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into a sale. Great recommendations on type of pillow, duvet and protectors.
