Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

As we are disabled we found plenty spacious parking all test beds on ground level and were dealt with right away and never felt pushed

The store that we visited in Edinburgh had a good range of products to try. The representative Kevin in store was excellent and new when to be there to help with questions and when to let us have time to talk. He was a great help trying to pick between the various products and was also excellent with our 4 year old making the experience must less stressful.

Kevin was very helpful. He offered our children and us something to drink. He was very attentive, wasn't pushy on the guarantee (unlike our off-putting experience in many other places) and listened carefully to WHY we were buying the mattress.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made us feel very welcome and looked after us.

We were served and looked after by Godfrey, he took the time to show us alternative versions of the bed frame and then to take us through and educate us on the different types of mattress. He also offered us a beverage and ensured we had the correct pillows and were trying out the mattresses correctly.

The staff were friendly and gave good advice but we're not pushy. We were allowed to take our time deciding on the bed we wanted.
