Staff we're friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable

We were looking for 26 pillows for our guest house. Godfrey proposed us multiple options and recommended something that was matching perfectly our needs in terms of price and quality. We spent 20 minutes in the shop, not a minute more than necessary, this is perfect!

Staff were very friendly, helpful and gave us all options on purchases. The member of staff who attended to us could not have been more helpful. He also offered us coffee etc. Very much appreciated but not accepted. Thank you for a good shopping experience

We were first time buyers looking for a mattress. Since this was our first time buying a mattress, we were overwhelmed with the different amount of choices available! We arrived to the Dreams Seafield store to just take a look, and were so pleased with the level of service and attention the Dreams sales representative (Godfrey) gave us, we couldn't help but give him the sale. Godfrey was an excellent sales man. He made us feel welcome by offering us a warm drink, provided us with a little background behind the different mattress types and left us test them as we please. He was provided great info regarding the different types of pillows available when testing, which I was surprised with the amount of different types available. My girlfriend and I were quite fussy, so spent a considerable amount of time testing out the different mattresses. Godfrey intervened the right amount, without ever seeming annoying or pushy for a sale. In the end we were about to leave to 'sleep' on it, but Godfrey managed to convince us to buy the mattress there and then, so we did! Now having the mattress, we could not be happier and we are both having the best sleeps we have had in a long time!

We were greeted at the store and made very welcome. Godfrey listened to what we were after and tried to help as much as possible. His knowledge of the products on offer was very impressive. We were then given time to check out various beds on our own which we appreciated as we did not feel pressured or overburdened by any sales pitch. We actually went beyond store closing time while we were placing our order, but again this was no problem for your staff and we did not feel rushed, although we were apologetic for holding them back.

The sales assistant (Godfrey) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I originally attended the store close to closing time on the Thursday night for an initial look around to get some ideas. Godfrey was quite prepared to stay behind past his finishing time to accommodate me. This in the main was the reason why I returned to Godfrey on the Saturday to place my order. He is a very valuable asset to the Dreams team.

Mattress was just what we were looking for and the assistance of store manager John in showing us the products which he thought would suit our needs was second to none.
