Assistant greeted me moments after I arrived and was vey polite, tidy, knowledgeable and efficient. Took time to explain the different frames and mattresses and encouraged me to try them. He also had a lovely sense of humour! A good experience

Sales rep was very good, taking time to understand our needs and giving us time to look at the products on our own.

I have always shopped at dreams I do go looking else where but all seem to return to dreams. The 2 men in the shop Kevin and Godfrey were very proffessional and gave you the help you needed and also gave you space to think. Highly recommend the seafield branch over the straiton branch anytime.

Kevin was a great at dealing with our purchase and made the experience more fun than it needed to be as I was finding it stressful to choose. He left us alone at times to decide and did not push us on any purchase as he wanted us to decide.

The dreams colleague who helped us, Godfrey, was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable taking the time we needed to look around the store and try out beds. He left us alone to try the beds but whenever we had a question or needed help he was right there to help us and had really good knowledge of the products. We spent a long time in the store and he gave us a lot of assistance. We were very happy with our purchase at the end as we felt we were informed and hadn't rushed our decision.

When we entered the store it was bright, open, with plenty of products, a member of staff assisted us immediately and was friendly and knowledgable about all the items we were interested in, he was helpful with showing us a variety of options, offered us a choice of drinks while we were looking around and advised us about options and accessories without being pushy. The products we bought were good quality and competitive in price and in general we had a very enjoyable shopping and purchase experience and I would definitely shop there again and recommend the store to others

Keith at Seafield looked after us well and went out of his way to help and advise with the mattress. I also liked that he left us alone at times but always checked back up on us to make sure we were ok.
