I had done some research on line but the assistant explained everything to me, gave me enough time on my own to try out the mattresses. He came back to help and explain things again. I felt he got the customer service , sales info very well balanced. I didn’t feel pressurised but felt well I formed.

This is the third time I have shopped with dreams, the staff within dreams were very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products, the staff were also very friendly and able to answer any questions I had. They gave me a good understanding of the products I was looking for. The shop was very well laid out and clean. A very friendly atmosphere. I was able to purchase what I was looking for, great store

Godfrey was extremely helpful although not pushy. He explained everything to us and then left us to try out mattresses and pillows. He was knowledgeable about Dreams products which helped us to make our selection.
