The salesman was friendly and articulate in the way he approached the whole purchase process.

Store was local, both staff were welcoming friendly and helpful.

Staff member was very helpful and friendly.....and gave some great advice.

Myself and my partner first visited dreams just to compare beds to other bed shops like bensons etc, we were approached by the manager who was really nice and wasn’t too pushy like the a few we had in other shops. We had a browse and seen a few we liked so we went away to decide and returned just recently and we got help of Godfrey, who gave us excellent customer service, I don’t really know much about beds myself but the colleague talked us through everything even down to trying pillows on the mattress we were purchasing. I work in retail so I know the level of service to expect but he went above and beyond what I expected. He made our visit very relaxed.

We were given assistance and had all our queries answered but were not pressured. We were given time to make our choice.

The staff were very friendly and the member who was assisting me recommended a great mattress for me.

From entering the store, I was warmly welcomed and my queries on product(s) were handled efficiently, in a friendly manner. I was offered tea, coffee and/or water by Kevin and talked through any items of interest. I purchased a sofa bed - the only improvement would have been if the couch on show was in the colour I ideally wanted to see it in, but that can not be possible for all products and sample material was swiftly offered. This sample was enough to base my decision on, and so I purchased. I was rushing, as on a lunch break from work, and Kevin helped me order a taxi back up the road. Nice touch. Highly satisfied with my purchase but more so with the customer service and general vibe during my visit to Dreams. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Cheers Emma :)
