was asked what I was looking for in a bed ,, then showed us the lay out of all beds and left us to decide what we wanted but came back out forth to explain all about the beds we were looking at before we made our choice didn't feel badgered into anything so keep up the hard work thanks :::::sorry can't remember the chaps name but he was very pleasant and knew is job can't wait to get my mattress........

We dropped into our local Dreams store knowing we needed a new mattress but not sure where to start! Kevin was attentive without being pushy and extremely knowledgeable, explaining all the different types of mattress that would suit our requirements. We were given space to try out the mattresses but equally if we had any questions we could ask without hesitation. We hadn't planned specifically to buy a mattress that day but we found exactly what we were looking for at a good price. The transaction, delivery date and all other extras were sorted with ease and without complication. I would definitely recommend Dream to my family and friends. :)

Godfrey was very patient and understanding to my grandparents needs.

The minute we stepped inside the store we were greeted by the lovely Kevin who was so friendly. He guided us through the different style mattresses and beds and offering us a hot or cold drink while we were thinking about which one to choose. There was no hurry on his part .... just take your time. When we made our minds up the next part was easy and very comfortable with a lovely cup of coffee. Kevin was so nice and would recommend him to any of my friends who may be thinking about a new bed.

Godfrey was very helpful in explaining what was available within the store and very attentive in ensuring we found the right products for our needs. The opportunity to compare different brands and grades of mattress was a huge benefit in making the correct choice. The 30 day trial period was also a great advantage and reassurance as sleeping in comfort all night is completely different to a quick lie down in the showroom.

Salesman very helpful and pleasant. He took plenty time with us and didn’t rush us. My husband is blind so that can leads to problems in shops but Godfrey was great

Godfrey was a tremendous help, his product knowledge was high standard, he was friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. We had visited a similar shop earlier and had the complete opposite customer service so we really appreciated Godfrey’s excellent customer service and look forward to visiting the shop again in the future.

When i arrived at store godfrey the salesman was very helpful and friendly at understanding my needs he was very knowledgeable and processed my order and delivery date. He talked me through my options in a simple and precise way. In short Godfrey was brilliant and so much help. Thank Godfrey.
