Dreams Colleague was very knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for, explained everything clearly and this helped us make our decision.

Godfrey welcomed us as soon as we entered the store. Told him what we wanted, he showed us the bed, then gave us a pillow to try out mattresses. Then went off to make us tea and let us wander around the showroom until we were ready to make our purchases. Felt completely at ease and under no pressure to hurry or make a quick decision. Highly recommend this store at Seafield, Edinburgh. Godfrey an asset to the company.

We had visited several bed stores and usually had to look for someone to assist us. They didn't have the same knowledge as Godfrey. We told him what we were looking for and he took the time to show us various options until we finally made our decision.

The sales assistant was very helpful ,wasn't in the least bit pushy listened to what we required my wife walks with a stick and suffers from a bad back and took this into account when helping us.

Godfrey served as he was very helpful and friendly, he was not pushy or over baring, he would answer our questions then give us time to decide, i really like his personal touch with offering us some tea and coffee. I was only window shopping but was so impressed with his service I placed a £622 order. I would like to thank Godfrey for a job well done and will be back soon to order more beds and mattresses
