A member of staff came over immediately when I entered the store and asked how they could help. I needed a new mattress and they helped me determine the firmness I needed (using the machine they have in store), within my budget. They then let me try different mattresses without hovering yet being within earshot if I needed them.

Great service and attention at the Edinburgh Seafield branch, sales advisor Godfrey was very knowledgeable and made the sale stress free, highly recommended.

I was assisted by David the Manager of the store, I have had major surgery recently and he went over and beyond to be helpful and courteous. His knowledge of the products is extensive and he is very capable and easy to speak to about what I was wanting with a new bed.

The staff member (Godfrey) was really helpful. He was knowledgeable and quick to help, but also wasn't pushy as we have experienced in other stores. He was patient in listening to what we wanted and suggesting a variety of options.

Shop was very clean, good social distancing, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, I'm extremely bad with names but the man who served us had a great big bushy beard. He was fantastic at helping us. I'll definitely be returning when we need to look for a bed in the future.

I am a customer with Cerebral Palsy. The right choice of bed height is crucial to my being able to rise off the bed. Additionally turning while lying on the bed is an issue for me. Godfrey guided me courteously to my choice with great patience. At the point of payment there was a little difficulty with the signal from my wife's phone. She was not in the store but had the credit card. Godfrey and his colleague resolved the matter with calm patience. Godfrey then saw me safely into a taxi. I am very grateful to him.
