Godfrey is a fantastic employee, he provided great service, took his time to explain everything to me and help with a choice of pillow and mattress. I really loved the "electronic" bed thing that measures your body and choses the perfect mattress based on those measures and pressure points.

Very attentive and friendly service. We were both impressed by the mattress machine that helps narrow down your selection. The extra advice from the sales advisor Godfrey was much needed and very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

It was the Manageress who attended to us. She asked if it was a complete bed or just a mattress we were looking for. It was just a mattress we were after. She demonstrated the new bed simulator that was installed a couple of months ago and entered our details and thereafter we lay on it while the machine completed its task. Once the printout was available she took us round the mattresses the printout had suggested where we could both try and decide which one. On us agreeing which one we wanted we went to place the order with availability the following week and explained about the option of having our old mattress taken away and if we would like the option of accident cover and a free mattress protector. She wasnt pushy and took her time to explain the levels of comfort and what the mattresses were made up of like so many springs and memory foam and cooling gel. We were extremely pleased with the service and price without going over our budget. So glad we popped in than going to another place. Would recommend that shop from our experience. Looking forward to better sleep once our new mattress is delivered.

Highly satisfied with the whole Dreams experience. We were approached by Simon as soon as we entered the showroom and he was extremely helpful but not intense at all and gave us plenty of time to choose the correct mattress and bed for us while still being on hand to answer questions and offer recommendations.

Godfrey, the sales person was attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, well trained and polite. The mattress I have bought seemed fine but as it has still to be delivered I cannot comment on it just yet.

I tried the mattress match which was really useful in helping me choose what mattress was suited to my body weight and frame.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and were very knowledgable with regards to the type of mattress we were looking for.
