On entering we weren’t jumped on. We asked for the information and were directed to what we wanted . Then when we were ready the staff member was very informative.

Lovely open clean store, plenty of stick to choose from, beds were beautifully kept and it was great to try any of them. Lovely to have your own pillow to try out and our store assistant was superb!

David was extremely helpful without being intrusive. David was clearly knowledgeable about all aspects of sales, he was honest and listened to what we wanted. He directed other staff in a way that put us first.

Loved the computerised print out of the best mattress for us. Sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She also gave us plenty of time to try out each mattress and then gave us time on our own to talk about the different mattresses.

Welcoming premises, very courteous and knowledgeable sales assistant who was helpful in agreeing a deal.

I have always bought my beds from Dreams ,and have encouraged my children to go there to as the quality of the beds and price have always been good value for money ,on this occasion I went into the Seafield Road in Edinburgh Branch with my daughter and son-in-law to purchase a new bed as they are newly married ,we met with a man called John who was brilliant from start to finish. He measured both of them with the New machine that's advises them what mattress might be beneficial to them for comfort and a good nights sleep ,he then showed them about 4 different beds that might suit them and there budget, the services was excellent and they where able to choose the bed of their choice and delivered in Two weeks excellent ….Thank you Dreams and John.

We were assisted by Godfrey who was knowledgeable, helpful and not remotely pushy. We live in Yorkshire and were really just checking out when in the area but we felt tp purchase there as he had impressed us greatly

John at the Leith store was great (he usually works at Falkirk). He was the first one to the door out of the three staff stood at the back of the store to greet us and help us. From start to finish John was great, he offered us a coffee, explained the mattresses in a great level of detail but was honest in that the choice was whatever was most comfortable for us. He wasn’t pushy but told us of everything available, from the 40 day sleep guarantee to the warranty Dreams offer. We were in and out within 45 mins and were very pleased with our purchase - we even walked away with pillows and a mattress protector. Thanks John!

Very experience and knowledgeable salesman . We were greeted and on the machine to determine types of mattresses suited to our body types within minutes of arriving . The salesman Godfrey explained each type of mattress and what was suited to our specific needs . We were also offered tea or coffee which was a nice gesture .

Kevin was very friendly and helpful and all the items we had seen online were available to view in store.
