I found the sales assistant helped us to choose the right mattress for both myself and my partner helping us to make a decision and find that compromise. The sales assistant and manager also helped us keep our toddler entertained at stages which greatly helped us to concentrate on making the perfect choice for us. We would recommend Dreams to anyone.

When we arrived at the shop we were greeted by Stephanie who spent time with us explaining different types of mattresses as we didn’t really know what to go for , we were able to use the sleep machine which narrows down what suited. After trying several mattresses we found the one that suited

Stephanie, the store manager, took her time to allow my dad space to try each mattress that had been recommended. She clearly explained the differences between the four types of mattress and the variances. Excellent customer service.

My Partner and I were very satisfied with the assistance in the store, we were able to find the perfect mattress for us, including a very good bed frame, storage box and pillows. Steph helped us with the sleep match system and was very helpful in all other recommendations. The service we have received in dreams is far better than any other shop when we have been looking for beds

Godfrey who assisted me was friendly, very knowledgeable and knew his subject very well, despite him having to deal with more than one customer he still gave the personal touch to his service. The store itself was clean and presentable although i felt the upstairs area could have held a couple more displays. The displays that were up are well presented.

The sales assistant spent alot of time with me. It is a funny thing to make pillow talk with a stranger and so therefore a very strange experience, I was making a joke about this to a friend and she said something similar: that she had got the sales guy to get on the bed with her so she could work it out without her husband. It is strangely, a very intimate experience.

Went in to store knowing what we wanted, assistant was very helpfull in this regard
