Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

We visited the Seafield Dreams looking for new bed and we came home with one ordered which suited us perfectly.

We had never been mattress shopping together and the staff were really helpful in narrowing down the options and pointing us in the right direction.

Godfrey was a very helpful salesman. We used the bed match scanner and he explained about mattresses and showed us what was found to suit us but still allowed to try other products before deciding ourselves. He was not pushy and was courteous and helpful at all times.

We arrived late on Sunday afternoon. We had an out of this world experience on the bed machine thingie and bought a bed frame, mattress and two pillows. Then, as we were having such a good time, we bought a sofa and a chair.

The assistant, David, was very helpful and knowledgable. The sleepmatch system worked well and we found a bed that worked for both of us.

The assistant was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Me and my partner both learned a lot about beds and how we can get a better nights sleep.

The knowledge of the salesman and the time he spent explaining everything to us.

Sales rep Godfrey was excellent, friendly knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest.

We had previously ordered a bed from your Guildford store. The night before it was delivered, we had a call to tell us that the dispatch team had spotted that they had ordered the wrong size of base for the mattress. At the Guildford store, we were not told about the Protection Policy nor were pillows suggested. It was only when we visited the Edinburgh store that we realised how bad the service from the Guildford store had been!!

Staff were very helpful and skilled in customer service, they were also very knowledgable and adhered to my requirements and budget
