Godfrey at Leitj store was really friendly knowledgable and helpful. He understood our needs and from feedback on each mattress was able to suggest other mattresses he think we’d like. He helped us get our whole bed set up.

Godfrey was tha assistant who help me with my purchase.He was very knowledgeable and not too pushy which is something I very much appreciated as I tend not to buy if I feel pressured by sales assistants.

We received informative,extensive and considerate customer care from the start to the end of our visit at Dreams,Seafield Edinburgh.We all commented that it has been a very long time since any of us have experienced such excellent,all-round retail attention.I would highly recommend their products and the team there.

The friendliness, knowledge and efficiency of the staff member was second to none. It’s by far and a way the best customer service I’ve had in ages!

We visited Dreams Seafield twice this month, the first time was to get an idea of what we wanted in a mattress and bed frame. We were helped by Charelle, she was very friendly, greeted us at the door, very knowledgeable, talked us through the sleep match machine and helped us narrow down our choices. We couldn't make a decision on the day and didn't feel pressured at all so we went back yesterday and tested out the 2 that we were trying to decide between and eventually made a decision. We were again helped by Charelle. Even though the store was very busy and not many staff working we still felt like we were given enough attention and that Charelle was there when we needed to ask any questions or when we came to a decision. Best in store experience we've had for buying any furniture, delighted we chose dreams for our new mattress. Thanks again, Charelle!

Cherelle was the colleague who advised me and showed me the sleep test machine. Let me try out all the mattresses recommended for me and was patient and answered all my questions. Let me take my time choosing between my favourite ones and advised that I can change it if needed and explained all the terms and conditions fully to me. Explained that I can change to the other mattress I liked and explained if I would need to pay a difference if cost was different etc. Took time explaining everything fully with regards to mattress types and the insurance policy I decided to take. All in all I had a lovely experience and Cherelle was lovely and very friendly and patient.

The adviser (David) was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much for him to deal with. I went in for another mattress but came out with one completely different but totally suitable to my needs, thanks to David.

Godfrey was the Dreams assistant, his knowledge was so good of what mattress we would need, his care to protect us while testing the mattresses was perfect. A Very knowledgable guy about his job. Was greeted at the door promptly by a lovely woman , she asked all the correct questions then suggested we try the dream mattress finder machine , giving us a very precise indication on what mattress we needed , with help from the female staff member we found our perfect mattress , we were at our maximum budget so the manager stepped in , helped the best he could and gave us a further discount after explaining this which made us feel really good about the deal , would highly recommend using dreams as the staff are amazing , thank you for making our trip special
