Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

This is the second time we have shopped at dreams this year. My father has moved in with us due to health reasons. We bought him a new bed in August and returned today to get a new mattress for our own bed. The staff remembered us which is excellent customer care. Despite the shop being busy, we were very well looked after. Given advice on suitable mattresses and then allowed time to try them for ourselves without any pressure. Once we were ready to buy someone was with us quickly.

Steph was very clear on products and took a great deal of time with me to make sure I purchased products I was completely happy with. Items and shop floor nicely spaced out. Liked the bed analysis. Shop floor was clean, spacious and calm.

Given lots of time, assistance and advice

Buying a mattress is difficult and made harder by my wife and I both having back problems. From the reception given to us by Godfrey to the sleep match technology and the additional help with extras was all excellent and better than we’d expected.

We were assisted by Godfrey, who welcomed us and was very helpful. He offered us tea and coffee and took time and patience showing us a range of products. We were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for.

No issues from the minute we entered the shop until the minute we left.

Loved the new concept of lyong on a bed where it sleep matched you and provided you with a list of recommended matresses. The sales assistant, Godfrey was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were quickly 'measured' and a suitable range of mattresses listed. We then tried out all the available ones and quickly made our choice. The organising of delivery, paperwork and payment was very swift.

The manager in the shop was sharp and knew what she was talking about. We walked into the shop and showed her a photo of the mattress we wanted she instantly knew it was upstairs on which side I was pleasantly surprised. The guys that delivered the mattress were really good and efficient they wore protective wear over their shoes to ensure not to get mess on the carpet they put the mattress exactly where I wanted and were very friendly with their approach. There were two delivery men but I was given the name of Ryan who asked me if the service was good and if I could complete the survey. Thank you for your help.

My husband and I visited Dreams having not shopped for a mattress together before. We spent time in the store the afternoon of 02.11.2019 and Steph was very patient and listened to our needs. We then visited another store, but came back to Dreams for comparison. Steph and David were again helpful. When we made up our minds and came in to make the purchase on 04.11.2019, both staff members remembered us and were again very helpful.
