Excellent customer service as soon as we walked in the door. Very knowledgeable staff member (Godfrey) who was more than willing to spend time asking us questions to make sure we were shopping for the right product for us! The sleep machine was good fun!

Was met by David who was very helpful explained everything and after listening to our needs pointed us in the right direction and even made us a coffee while we browsed the store,answered all our questions,a worthy employee if i may say so.

He took the time to understand both my wife and I and how we sleep. his experience and guidance helped us greatly with choosing a new mattress, he very thoroughly explained the returns and satisfaction guarantees as well how who and where to contact if wee needed. please could you pass on our sincere thanks to Godfrey, he was a fantastic help. David spent an hour and half with us trying to find the right mattress as myself and my partner had a lot of aches and pains from our current one! He gave us all the time in the world to test out the mattresses, he wasn’t pushy at all and let us take our time while giving us excellent recommendations. I would definitely come back to this store just to be served by David again! He was a lovely guy who liked to have a good laugh too which made the experience even better
