The sales executive David was extremely helpful and certainly knew his stuff about beds and what would be the best fit for us - can highly recommend him as an excellent sales colleague

I was highly satisfied as our consultant david as he was very knowledgeable and helped us find what we were looking for. We went into get a mattress and we will be going back to get a new bed frame next year sometime

On arrival at the Edinburgh Seafield store, Godfrey was able to guide us as to how to find the best mattress for us by setting up the sleep match machine to ensure we found the best mattress, this was followed by sampling a few out unbntil we found the right one. Upon looking at bed frames Godfrey was also very knowledgeable on these and was able to answer all our questions resulting in us purchasing the mattress and bed frame. At purchase stage we were then able to select a delivery date as we are moving house so this allowed is to choose a date that suited our moving date. Overall brilliant experience and Godfrey took interest in our needs which gave us confidence in the products we purchased knowing they would be the right choice for us. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Visited Dreams at Seafield, Edinburgh and received excellent customer service from Godfrey. Was made to feel welcome and all questions were patiently answered. There was no 'hard sell' or pressure to buy more than needed. Godfrey was knowledgeable and approachable and generous with his time in store. I returned the following day with a family member to confirm my decision and make the purchase which he processed efficiently.

David at the Seafield EDINBURGH store was highly knowledgeable, amiable, and happy to serve us. He took time to understand our needs and had strong understanding of the products so was able to steer us toward to perfect mattress. He was chatty and friendly which I always appreciate when being assisted when buying something so important

Everything was explained in great detail of the various mattresses that were compatible with our bodies after lying on the new hi tech bed that would tell us what suited us

We went as a family to purchase a new bed for our son, who lives at home with us. We were approached on entering the store & welcomed. A brief explanation of the layout was given & there after we were allowed to browse. Finding a bed he liked we asked for further help & the sales lady who was also the store manager Ms Godfrey was very knowledgable & not only spoke to myself & husband but also spoke directly with our son which made him feel included in the purchase. She suggested he used the scanning machine to gain a better understanding of his requirements & then too great care to explain the choices & price points on offer. She was very professional but also easy to talk to. She went out her way to listen to our requests, gaining additional information to questions & we felt in safe hands throughout the experience.

Excellent service from David in the first instance and then because the Edinburgh Store was so busy Godfrey took over and he was simply outstanding in his knowledge and courtesy and attention to detail....all of which was very much appreciated.

Staff very helpful explains all the products available my husband has a really bad back staff where really good with us made the experience easy will definitely shop there again ,
