Staff were very professional and attentive despite it being very busy. There was also several items we were after that were on sale so all good.

David our assistant was so friendly and helpful and knew so much about the beds . Felt had loads time to try beds and find the perfect bed for us . We found the experience that you lie on a bed to get the exact bed type amazing and never seen anything like it before and really helped us narrow down the best bed for us

The customer service we received was excellent and Godfrey was able to answer all our questions. He was really friendly and always used our names when speaking to us. The electronic system in store was a great help in narrowing down the type of mattress for us to choose and then Godfrey let us try out the suggested ones until we found the perfect match.

We saw the bed a few months ago and the person in the shop was very helpful and told us about some of your sales that might be coming up. We are in the middle of building work so didn’t want to purchase at that time but we kept looking online and as we are now nearing the end of the work we are ready to order and your Boxing Day sale was great timing for us. We called and ordered the bed with ease
