David was extremely informative, knowledgeable about the products, and helped us find what we were looking for without making us feel pressured to make a purchase. He wanted to make sure we found the right product for us and wouldn't settle for less; taking into account feedback on the items we were testing until we found the right matress for us.

Godfrey was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Godfrey was professional and attentive, taking time to understand our requirements and budget and showing us a range of suitable options. The Sleep Match system helped to identify the best options for my daughter and inform our decision based on tailored results. Whilst we were on a budget it put our minds at ease that we were making the right choice. There was no pressure and we were able to take our time and try out each bed, with Godfrey on hand if needed and he made a coffee which was a nice touch! All in all a great experience and my wife and I will be back soon in search of a better night's sleep...

Sales advisor (David) was knowledgeable and answered any queries we had. He recognised us when we returned to the store which made us feel welcome and although dealing with other customers in store he was attentive and popped over every few minutes to check we were okay and if had any questions. Price of Tempur mattress was competitive and good offer to receive 2 free Tempur pillows also. Made us feel as though we were getting good value for money.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store but not in a pushy in your face kind of way. Godfrey was attentive once we asked for help and although busy with other customers at the same time ensured we had all the information needed to make an informed choice.
