We had a lovely helpful man called Godfrey who was so informative made a lovely coffee for us both and was helpful but not pushy

Godfrey was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The whole experience was exceptional due to the care and attention given by sales person Godfrey Smith. He listened to our needs then showed a range of products that were suitable. His vast knowledge on each product left us reassured we were choosing the right products.

From entering the shop premises to departure this was a rare experience to have such a high standard of service. The person was very helpful and answered all our questions and queries to our complete satisfaction. The items we were shopping for were their on display and we thought that the quality and price suited our requirements. This person was a credit to your organised hit,s a pity that this standard is not a standard.

Your staff member, Michael, was very friendly and welcoming on our arrival. Also, he fully understood our requirements immediately; he had excellent product knowledge and explained all elements very well.

From the moment that I entered the store until I left Micheal was great, very accommodating, gave me time on my own when required and explained everything in great detail. Recommendations were good and the Dreams sleep match was a great start as I had no idea what I was looking for and I am confident that I have found the correct mattress for me

I am very happy with the service I received today, the gentleman was very helpful and also very knowledgable. He had a very high level of product knowledge which is great, during my time in the store he was very patient allowed me to try the beds and take my time, he also offered me refreshments.

Our experience in Dreams was excellent. Godfrey was great, he had all the knowledge and understanding and knew exactly what direction to point us in when we explained what we were looking for. He spent so much time with us going back and forth and nothing was too much trouble. We had such a laugh. We are so happy with our purchase and cannot wait for everything to be delivered next month.
