The store was well laid out and welcoming. We engaged with the store manager firstly and then an assistant took over. The service was very informative while being friendly and relaxed. Everything was explained thoroughly without being aggressive or unnecessary. The sleep station was advised and described without any pressure to actually use it. We did in fact use it, and would highly recommend, as it did sway our eventual decision regarding a mattress. I visited with my husband, and my 21 year old son, who was looking for a 4ft bed and mattress. We left after an hour, having thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience and highly satisfied with our purchases. In the main, this was down to the attitude, helpfulness and knowledge of Godfrey who is a great ambassador and very valuable member of staff to have in your store. Thsnk you very much for a wonderful shopping experience.

Met at door by Godfrey very pleasant manner he asked what I was looking for . He explained how it is important it is to choose the correct bed and his knowledge of the whole bed range was excellent . I matched 8 beds after being on the sleep match machine and Godfrey took time to go around every bed with me explained what the mattress was made up from and the amount of springs in each mattress , I bought a mattress from dreams 5 years ago and the service then was good but todays service was exceptional

THE SALESMAN DAVID gave us a nice amount of time to browse around the beds before asking if we needed help. He then did a good job of explaining and guiding us through our needs and how we could test the beds and be measured up by the special machine to get the best fit for a mattress. After looking round on our own this we had some more discussion which also lead to more information on pillows and type of mattresses and mattress protectors etc All in all it was a pleasantly unexpected experience

David the assistant was very knowledgable about all of the products on offer but not pushy with it. Gave me plenty time to try out different beds and mattresses so I was able to purchase items that were suiting to my needs

It’s ur first visit to store and very pleased with the how display and explanation of the products. Machine to find out the best mattress was an excellent advise. Godfrey who helped with choosing and explaining about products and related very talented. Definitely going back as we are planning to buy bed and mattress for two more bedroom of our newly build house. Excellent service and selection of products fitting to possible budget.

Staff member David, friendly and not pushy, easy to talk to and explained things as we went along and answered questions we had. Even offered us a drink while we chatted regards buying or not. Yes, we did buy.

Dreams would be my first port of call when shopping for beds and mattresses again because of the customer service we received and the quality and value of our products. A refreshing experience.
