The person serving us was patient, highly knowledgeable, a very pleasant young man called Michael.

We popped into the Leith store last night after looking at beds online. Steph approached us and offered help as to where we could find what we were looking for and gave us time to browse. She then offered excellent and knowledgeable advice to help us with our decision on our ottoman bed. She then was helpful explaining how our daughter could decide on a new mattress, showing her a few to let her try and giving plenty of time for her to decide without feeling pressured. Overall a quick, efficient, friendly customer service and our order was completed easily. Great advice with regards to choosing a delivery date too. Delighted with the help and can’t wait to get our new beds into our new house when we move. I would definitely recommend Dreams and hope to return to kit out the rest of our new home.

David was great, highly informational and didn’t pressure us into anything. His highest priority was making sure he was showing us the beds that catered to all our needs. Not pushy at all which we liked very much.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable, patient and personable. We were recommended several mattresses and tried them all. There was no pressure and the experience was much better than I had hoped.

Not at all pushy like other sales assistants we had encountered that day in other bed shops. His product knowledge and ability to advise to our requirements was excellent and he made my family and I welcome in the shop

Michael was incredibly polite and had a nice manner. He understood the importance of my sleep situation. my partner becomes very warm at night and Michael was able to recommend the right bed for me based on my needs. The whole transaction was very easy. I bought a mattress and bed frame and was talked through the whole thing. Thanks dreams !

The gentleman, I think his name was David, was extremely helpful, proficient, efficient and knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful. He was attentive without being overpowering and coming on heavy with sales talk. He knew his products also.

Michael the sales advisor was very knowledgeable, he gave us plenty time to decide after extensively finding out our needs and relating the shown products to those.

The assistant, Michael was very efficient , he was friendly, took his time, and paid attention to us as customers adding a more personal touch
