We were greeted by Emma, who explained about the hygiene measures, everything was disinfected before using. We used the sleep machine which calculated the right mattress and Emma had great knowledge on each mattress on our short list. She was polite and patient when we couldn’t decide on which mattress was the best. During payment every thing was done efficiently
