The store assistant, Emma, welcomed us and was very attentive. She was knowledgeable and helpful.

I have used Dreams before in the past, and getting a good service and great value for money, the customer service was even better that the first time, the member of staff called Jamie showed us various options to that was catered for us and not too pushy with the sale which is what we liked about the service and even offered us coffee whilst we was filling in the paperwork which again made us fill very at ease in the store. I would most definitely shop at Dreams again and highly recommend to Friend and family.

Although we knew what bed we wanted we were unsure about the mattress but with the help of your member of staff VIT was very easy to make the decision

I entered the store with the intention of buying a bed and mattress but without any real idea what I wanted. The assistant that helped me, Howard, was very informative and helpful. He made the whole process very easy!

Gary was absolutely brilliant, really understood what we thought we wanted then after showing us what we needed explained to us our options and was very thorough and extremely friendly. We came back on a day we knew Gary would be working as we were so satisfied with his help that we wanted him to be the one to process our order for us

Jamie was the person assisting me and he was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. Through every stage of the process he gave me adequate time to think over my decisions whilst regularly checking how I was doing. He invited me to use the sleep machine and after explaining the results he provided me with a very comfortable pillow whilst I tested the mattress'. When I was ready to place my order he offered me a hot drink and made sure I understood and confirmed my order.

The customer service was excellent. That is the main reason I would return.

A very friendly and polite gentleman called Howard welcomed me and my partner as soon as we walked into the store , he was very helpful and ancered all the questions we asked , we have recently gone to another furniture store previous to our visit to dreams and the level of service was the complete opposite , even tho we asked for help we dident receive any help and just got told the mattresses was over the back , couldn’t be happier with our experience with dreams would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family

Buying a new bed is a big investment in our health and comfort. My husband and I went into the Dreams shop to purchase a bed, were given excellent care by Jamie, the salesman. He was knowledgeable about the products, gave us good info, and let us take our time to consider our purchase without pressure, and then as soon as we were ready, processed the order quickly.
