Invited in, asked to use the hand sanitiser. Had 1-2-1 assistant, told about and used the machine that determines what type of Bed would be appropiate i.e. Firm , Very firm. Was then shown the beds that were suitable and given time to think about which one to pick. Then offered bottle of water before continuing to payment.

Lady greeted us reminded us of PPE and hand sanitising on entry. We used the machine to get the right mattress for us. She clearly explained this. We then got take around the store, social distanced from the other people in store and we’re shown and allowed to try mattresses in our price range and our comfort. We were able to get a high end mattress within the sale so affordable for us and in addition free delivery & top end mattress topper with our 8 year guarantee. We were then amazed with the quick delivery of 2 weeks!

it was first class from start to finish . really knew what they were talking about.very friendly without being pushy. no small talk or sales pitch easy to understand products that were explained would definitely recommend
