Your colleague was very attentive, and led us throughout the visit, by greeting us at the door, highlighting the hand sanitizers, keeping a distance when showing us all the relevant products, putting us on the mattress analyser, to offering water when placing our order.

Great welcome. Sanitisation provided upon entry- all explained and full. Machine to determine matress was fantastic experience. Paper towel and pillows provided when my husband and I needed to try out all mattresses machine said we were suited to. Was given water whilst we were going through purchase at the computer and given seating fur the whole family at 2 metres. Very pleased with while experience. The expert Jamie was very tentative throughout. Well done 10/10 customer satisfaction and very happy.
