Ian made our experience great. He was friendly and explained every thing very clearly . He was a good listener and understood what we needed . We did not feel rushed and we felt we had time to make up our mind regarding which beds we wanted .

Your colleague was very attentive, and led us throughout the visit, by greeting us at the door, highlighting the hand sanitizers, keeping a distance when showing us all the relevant products, putting us on the mattress analyser, to offering water when placing our order.
