There is something wrong with this survey. I answered that I was highly satisfied with the Covid precautions within the store yet the next two questions asked for my reasons for not being satisfied.

After 2 disastrous online orders not from dreams I was stressed and upset so came to dreams where Jamie was amazing not only did he find me a mattress i could afford, delivery was only 1 week away and he made me smile and was very considerate to my autistic daughter's needs.

Howard was very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood our needs and offered us the sleep match service as well as suitable pillows for us. The stores safety measures were very good, lots of sanitiser available and paper over the mattress machine and pillows we tried. Very good value for money and food service.
