Jamie was really lovely and helpful in finding the right bed for us, we felt like we revived the right advice and he never pushed us for a bed that we didn’t want.

We were greeted warmly by Emma when we got in the store and was shown to the ottoman beds that we were after and also the type of mattress needed. Emma told us about the discount offer and the extra benefits of the pillows and the mattress protector. We was taken to a screen which made sure we were getting the right product.

Your sales assistant was very helpful in meeting our particular needs for a new mattress.

Jamie assisted us. We had just moved in to our new house, and needed a new bed and mattress. Jamie was so helpful. We hate shop assistants badgering us but Jamie was polite, he greeted us, ask if we needed help and was around but not hovering if we needed him. We explained what we were after, and he was able to offer us the sleep mattress test, and took the time for us to try mattresses after we chose our bed frame. We found Jamie to be knowledgable, funny and caring. He guided us through the whole process, he showed us the difference of everything but we didn’t once feel pressured or as if he was trying to push a sale onto us. Jamie offered us a drink and guided us through the buying all whilst keeping a covid safe environment. It was a pleasure to meet Jamie and he made us feel like the whole thing was about us. He is a credit to your store and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Brilliant customer assistant 5*

We told Jamie from Gillingham branch what we need as it was for a spare room. We didn't want to spend loads of money but wanted a divan with storage. He went through lots of options with storage and the price of each one. It was the same with mattress.

The man there, Jamie, was lovely he knew exactly what he was doing and gave out so much information about the bed and sizes. Very outgoings and engaging and friendly, felt so comfortable, couldn’t of asked for a nicer person to help buy a bed.

Jamie’s product knowledge was excellent and we did not feel in any way pressured in to the sale. He was very professional at all times and made us feel very comfortable in spending a large amount of money in store. The overall service from Jamie was excellent.

A member of staff approached us within a reasonable time. He was not pushy and assessed our needs considerately without pushing any particular products

Jamie was very friendly and helpful, the mattress I wanted was only available online so I didn’t want to buy it with out trying it! Jamie showed me the next best one, it was £400 more but he managed to sell it to me after I tried three out & had fun on the sleep machine!

Howard was extremely helpful, guided me through the sleep analysis computer and was able to place the order with delivery in a fraction over a week. Excellent customer service and extremely helpful and polite
