We were served by Howard at the Gillingham Retail Park Store. He was extremely helpful and patient with us. I tried the mattresses after checking my needs on the machine provided. Howard was very good and knew our needs. He was not pushy at all and gave us time to think. We were offered seats and drinking water. We placed the order and all paperwork was fine most efficiently and to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the service and have recommended family to visit the store before buying elsewhere.

We did not realise we should have made an appointment but there was no one in the store so the salesman allowed us to enter the store. He was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. He kept to the social distancing rules and he offered me a bottle of water. We received a very good service and would recommend Dreams.
